Generation 2 Super Treadmill
The patented treadmill provides a speed range from 0 to 28 miles per hour and is capable of inclines up to 40%. These unique treadmills are designed to improve the speed and biomechanics by increasing stride length and stride frequency of the athlete. Working on inclines forces the athlete to work 2-3 times harder, stressing the aerobic and anaerobic threshold, resulting in improved recovery time and lactic acid clearance. The treadmill increases coordination patterns in running mechanics that will translate directly to the playing field.
| By training on elevations the athlete automatically learns to maintain forceful knee drive, proper pelvic position, high foot carry through, and full range of motion with every stride. The attributes of incline running, combined with the safety of increased shock absorption, provide the opportunity for repeated exercises under ideal conditions to improve stride length. The Running Treadmill incorporates patented sprint cords which improve the strength of the hip flexors and reinforce an explosive knee drive. Our technology and experienced staff are unequaled in improving the athlete’s abilities, analyzing their mechanics and correcting running flaws. |
Hockey Treadmill
The patented hockey treadmill challenges athletes at speeds ranging from 0 to 18 miles per hour and is capable of inclines up to 36%. This unique treadmill is designed to simulate a natural ice surface while incorporating elevations to improve skating biomechanics and increasing stride length and stride frequency. Working on inclines forces the athlete to work 2-3 times harder, stressing the aerobic and anaerobic threshold, resulting in improved recovery time and lactic acid clearance. The hockey treadmill increases coordination patterns in skating mechanics that will translate directly to the ice.

Plyo Press
The Plyo Press was developed as a safe method of gaining leg strength and improving plyometric coordination. There are no other weight machines that allow the athlete to achieve the benefit of building strength and overall explosiveness. Muscle recruitment is maximized during dynamic exercises such as jumping. The Plyo Press implements the dynamic exercise into the athlete’s workout so that significant gains in vertical and strength can be made. The plyo press is the safest possible lower extremity training, removing stress from the lower back or knee joint, while eliminating the hazards of a regular squat.
- Provides the standard press movement
- Allows dynamic movements of jumping
- Eliminates the hazard of squat and leg press exercises
- Allows the safest possible training without stressing the lower back or knee joint

The Pro Multi-hip
The Pro Multi-hip focuses on hip girdle stabilization, strengthening the lower extremity in the ranges of hip flexion, extension, abduction and adduction. It has the capacity to work these movements at a very high-intensity through a complete range of motion. This machine isolates fast twitch muscle fibers that will develop explosive forward, backward and lateral movements. The overall idea behind the Pro Multi-Hip is to develop Core Stability. If your core muscle groups are not strong, you are not as fast, quick or mobile as you can be.

Plyo Platform
Our multi-layered Plyo Platform brings safety and state-of-the-art technique to plyometric jump exercises. With SprintCord technology built into its frame, the Plyo Platform is the only plyometric device that recruits the hip flexors, extensors, abductors and adductors during actual athletic movements. Flexors and extensors are strengthened for forward and reverse speed.
| The Plyo Platform is ideal for sport-specific training. Repositioning the SprintCords and altering the patterns of movement within our four-vector formation can create 52 different load combinations to the lower extremity, making it possible to create precise regimens designed for specific results. |
| With the Plyo Platform, athletes develop keen body awareness, strength, agility and fast response rates. Contact-sport athletes can quickly outmaneuver competitors. Others can respond instantly to ball location, changing field conditions and competitor positions. |
| Cord Technology |
| Our Cord Programs implement the use of various resistance cords for sport-specific training. The use of our cord technology enhances your workouts by providing resistance to upper and lower body extremities, building more powerful motions for sprinting, jumping, kicking, throwing, hitting, swinging or other sport-specific motions. |

| SprintCords |
| The SprintCords are patented, lower extremity, resistance-training cords implemented during running or hockey Program sessions and during floor work. |
| SprintCords enable proprioceptive recruitment of the specific neuromusculature associated with sprinting (on land or ice) and other related motions. Athletes can build powerful motions for sprinting, jumping, kicking or other sport-specific motion. |
| PowerCord™ |
| The PowerCord™ is a patented training aid that utilizes cords to provide upper extremity resistance to the arms, trunk and shoulders for better movements in sports such as hockey, basketball, volleyball and baseball/softball. |
| Along with a specialized-training protocol, the PowerCord™ helps build sport-specific power skills such as shooting, throwing and hitting. PowerCords are used in conjunction with the sport-specific training protocols for volleyball, baseball/softball, basketball and hockey. Athletes looking for improvement in any sport-specific movement utilizing the upper extremities will benefit from using the PowerCord™. |
| ThrowingCord™ |
| To improve throwing velocity, we combine our training protocol with the patented ThrowingCord™, manipulating the neuromuscular system and developing strength and mechanics specific to throwing a baseball, softball, football or even javelin. We have observed an average improvement in throwing velocity of 4 miles per hour with college players, and every player from youth through professionals have witnessed improvements in throwing velocity. |
| HittingCord™/Harness |
| Optimizing the mechanics taught by coaches, the hitting Program, utilizing the HittingCord™/Harness, recruits all muscles involved in swinging a bat, a golf club or a tennis racquet to develop greater swing speed and hip rotation. Players from the youth to professional levels are using this training technology to achieve excellent results for baseball, softball and golf. |
| KickingCord™ |
| Our patented KickingCord™ engages the specific recruitment of all muscles involved in kicking, developing optimal kicking mechanics and concentric and eccentric strength — which contribute to a successful program, with documented results in NFL place-kickers and punters. Athletes in soccer and the martial arts benefit as well. |
