Sports Specific Programs
|
- Sports Specific Programs are designed for all sports and for athletes of all ages. Each program is custom designed based on testing, flexibility, strength, speed, age, attitude, ability, and gender.
- Sport Specific Program is a 4 week program which includes a combination of treadmill training (forward and backward), plyometrics, active warm-up, sports specific training, lower extremity weight lifting sessions, core and flexibility.
- Program includes pre and post test evaluations with documented results.
- One performance enhancement director to at most, every 6 athletes.
- Sessions last 90 Min. each day.
- Program is 4 to 8 weeks long and should be done prior to the upcoming sports season.
- Sessions will be scheduled out for entire program.
