Using concepts based on speed of contraction, Perform-X offers a safe and efficient way to build speed in athletes. A dedicated area, or Speed Zone, can be added to any facility where specific running/sprinting applications can be applied, tested and managed. Coaches and physical education instructors would have the ability to teach and train speed development on a consistent basis, with programming and progressions to acclimate young athletes, or stimulate advanced athletes. With specific equipment like the Tred-X 30/30 and the Hip-X Machine, coaches and instructors can utilize over-speed and incline training methods, as well as sport-specific hip strengthening in their training space.
