The PLAT-X Package transforms any traditional platform into a Perform-X Platform by incorporating TRAK-X to add dynamic resistance to deadlift and jump training exercises. This package includes a JUMP-X System and a set of DEAD-X Cords. The PLAT-X Package works with TRAK-X that is installed into any floor or platform (over 1/2″ thick).
