The RAK-X Package includes a set of BENCH-X Cords and a set of SQUAT-X Cords. The BENCH-X Cords allow individuals to add measurable and progressive resistance to the Bench Press exercise and the SQUAT-X Cords allow for the same with the squat exercise. The unique 2/4-loop system allows easy transitioning from one load to the next and provides an accurate measurement of the load. Both cords work with the TRAK-X System on both lifting platforms and racks, as well as with band pegs on any brand of squat rack.
